Jay Allen is a resident of Newago, Michigan where he guides anglers on the Muskegon River for steelhead, salmon and trout year round for River Quest Charters. Jay will be our featured speaker at the February 18 membership meeting at 7 p.m. at the Oak Brook Recreation Center Central Park West Building.
